The Course Doctor's Course Impact Institute's Service Agreement

1. Membership Overview
By signing up for our membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Our services provide tailored support for your course creation and optimization needs through monthly and monthly options.

2. Payment Terms
- Payments are non-refundable. Choose your plan (monthly or yearly) accordingly. But, see our money back guarantee after 90-Days.
- Memberships are billed every 30 or 365 days.
- To change plans, cancel your current one and then enroll in the new one. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

3. Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality regarding other course patients. Do not share specifics outside of clinic sessions.
- Dr. Sarah may highlight non-intellectual property specifics in future marketing. Your intellectual property will not be disclosed without consent.

4. Learning Lab Hot Seats
- Scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Additional learning labs may be available upon request with advance notice.

5. Hubrex Café Community Chats
- Monitored during regular business hours (Eastern Time Zone) at least Monday to Thursday.
- Dr. Sarah may answer questions outside normal hours if prior arrangements are made.

6. Recording and Availability
- All sessions will be recorded and available to members for at least 30 days in the community space.

7. Community Guidelines
- Participate actively and respectfully. Breach of confidentiality or inappropriate behavior will result in termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
- By participating, you agree that The Course Doctor may use content related to services and processes (excluding your specific intellectual property) in future marketing. Your specific course content and intellectual property will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
